Event Producer

Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and dependable Event Producer to help execute high-profile, guest-centric events with precision and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in live event production or VIP guest services who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on-site by 5:30 AM to open and prepare VIP houses
• Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams to ensure timely meal service
• Set up outdoor amenities as needed (e.g., umbrellas in case of rain)
• Oversee and manage transportation logistics to and from the golf course
• Communicate effectively with drivers and transportation leads
• Provide hospitality and support for VIP guests throughout the day
• Lead logistics and setup for private dinners and hospitality activations
• Collaborate closely with house leads and fellow producers to ensure seamless execution
• Attend and actively participate in a virtual pre-event workshop 5–6 days prior to the event
• Work scheduled shifts that may extend beyond 10 hours per day

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Prior experience in live event production or VIP guest services
• Excellent logistical coordination and time management skills
• Comfortable with physically demanding days and extended work hours
• Professional presence and demeanor in high-touch environments
• Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings and late nights
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve on the fly, and take initiative
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Availability to attend mandatory virtual preparation sessions in advance
