Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Analyze product margins, pricing, ad performance, and channel profitability
- Track and report on sales performance across stores, marketplaces, and e-commerce
- Support inventory forecasting, purchasing decisions, and cost optimization
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards for executive review
- Assist with reconciliations, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
- Collaborate with store managers, buyers, and marketing to identify opportunities and risks
- Help improve processes for reporting, planning, and decision-making
2–4 years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or business analyst role
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Lightspeed, or marketplace data tools is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to distill large data sets into key insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or CPG industries preferred
- Passion for sports, trading cards, or collectibles is a bonus
