This full-time, salaried position is a hybrid role based in Peabody, MA. It’s open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship. The salary range is $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on skills and expertise.

Your impact:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client schedules, ensuring project progress and task status are updated, and deadlines are adhered to.
- Be responsible for coordinating campaign trafficking components within specified deadlines.
- Function as the internal and client's primary contact for all matters related to production.
- Facilitate the development of creative assets and manage edits among the internal team, the client, and the design team. This involves coordinating revisions and versioning copy as required.
- Assume the role of the principal proofreader for all materials created for clients.
- Scrutinize and quality check data segmentation and other production-related data elements, contributing to program and campaign reporting.
- Generate campaign estimates and oversee individual campaigns to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Engage in client calls and meetings, aiding in planning, management, and follow-up.
Your profile:
- 2 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related field (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
- A bachelor's degree for an accredited college or university.
- 2 years of experience with project management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
