Your Impact:
- Organize events, trade shows and product launches, including logistics, vendor coordination, partner management, shipping, database maintenance, planning, briefing materials, and project management
- Assist with lead generation and qualification, helping sales representatives focus on high-potential leads and marketing understand lead quality
- Manage customer and prospect information in systems like Salesforce to keep sales pipelines and marketing lists up-to-date and accurate
- Respond to customer and prospect inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams
- Support the creation and dissemination of promotional and educational materials
- Manage projects for both sales and marketing departments and keep project management software updated
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute promotional activities and campaigns
- Track and report on sales and marketing data
- 2 years working in B2B marketing or sales or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs a plus, especially for Salesforce and Pardot
- Hands-on experience with project management software a plus, especially Workfront
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, marketing principles and best practices, and current market trends
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignments
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with generative AI systems strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
