Brief Description

This Corporate Counsel position offers an exciting opportunity for a business-minded commercial transactions attorney to join an industry-leading provider of marketing and print production solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with divisions across our enterprise to review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of commercial agreements, while providing legal advice on a broad spectrum of issues.

This role is based out of our Westminster, CO office location with a hybrid schedule.

Your Impact:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key duty acceptably. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. The essential duties and responsibilities include being able to:
  • Draft, review and negotiate all forms of contracts and third-party agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including, but not limited to: master services agreements, software licenses, customer agreements, business associate agreements, and non-disclosure agreements
  • Provide timely, high-quality analysis and pragmatic advice on legal and business issues to internal clients. Provide proactive legal and business counseling on a broad range of topics, including general commercial law and contract interpretation
  • Effectively and efficiently undertakes legal projects as assigned (including, but not limited to, legal research, and updating manuals and policies)
  • Assist with preparation of legal department procedures, plans, and correspondence as assigned, for the benefit of enterprise contacts, employees, managers, and department staff members
  • Complete assigned projects within designated time limits, and accordance with project prioritization
  • Complete other projects as assigned


Your Profile:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience required
  • Prior in-house legal experience is not required but is highly desirable
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school is required
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado is required
  • Strong analytical and legal drafting skills
  • Conducting effective legal research
  • Proficient with MS Office and DocuSign
  • Effectively communicating with others (both orally and in writing)
  • Being able to make independent and timely decisions
  • Having good organizational and time-management skills

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
