Job Description
A global law firm is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to join their Technology Department in their Phoenix office. These specialists support their attorneys and staff in a 24x7 call center environment. This will involve using a high level of customer service to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
The shift for this position will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 12 PM- 10:30 PM AZ time. It will be primarily remote, although you do need to be living in the greater Phoenix area. There is a 3 week training program that will require you to go on-site on 4 separate days. Required Skills & Experience

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to relay highly technical information to less technical individuals
- Experience adapting in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience supporting the Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Prior expeirence working with a ticketing system and documenting interactions
- A or Network certifications are highly desirable
