Overview:
Join our Mountain Operations team as a Brush Crew Member and help prepare and maintain ski area trails for the upcoming season. This hands-on, outdoor position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in nature and being part of a hard-working, team-oriented crew.
Responsibilities:

Maintain ski area trails by cutting and removing brush, trees, and other vegetation.

Use hand tools and gas-powered equipment, including chainsaws, brush cutters, and weed whackers.

Work in a physically demanding outdoor environment in all weather conditions.

Follow safety protocols and best practices for tool use and trail maintenance.

Collaborate with other crew members to efficiently complete assigned trail work.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time.

Comfortable working in variable terrain and weather conditions.

Familiarity with chainsaws, brush cutters, and weed whackers is a plus.

Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Prior trail work or landscaping experience is helpful, but not required.

Must be at least 18 years old.
Pay:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Salary : $18 - $20
