Direct Support Professional - Cayuga Residential
Mozaic is looking for Caregivers, Health Aides, CNAs, or Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work with individuals with disabilities in residential settings and help them achieve their goals!
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties:
Our residential caregivers play a vital role in helping individuals live safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives within our community. They bring support and positivity to daily activities like meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores, while carefully following care plans and administering medications. As Direct Support Professionals, they work hand-in-hand with families, healthcare providers, and case managers to promote the well-being and happiness of individuals with disabilities. They're dedicated advocates, offering emotional support, encouragement, and a voice for each resident's rights and needs. With a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, your hard work will be valued and compensated accordingly.
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED and a valid NYS driver's license are required for this role, with experience in developmental disabilities being highly valued. Prior experience as a CNA, health aide, caregiver, or direct support professional (DSP) is also a plus.
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Residential Shifts Available:
Evening: 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate)
Overnight: 11 PM to 7 AM (times can fluctuate)
We have full-time and relief positions available!
Pay Rate $17.00 - $19.00/hr. based on experience and shift differentials!
Differential Pay includes evenings, overnights, and weekends
