You'll foster an environment where individuals can perform, create, and explore talents they never knew they had with the guidance of your creative talents. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll also help individuals access community resources, educational programs, vocational opportunities, and recreational activities.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the arts and music and creative teaching skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimally one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is required.
- Valid Driver's License is required.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, with some planned evenings and weekends
Pay Rate: $17.00-$17.50/hr. based on experience!
