What You'll Do: As a Hair Stylist with us, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch hair care services to our clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
Initially, focus on providing haircuts for kids, clipper cuts, blowouts, and one-length trims.
Crafting cutting-edge haircuts, stylish updos, and vibrant color treatments tailored to each client's preferences.
Consulting with clients to understand their individual needs and desires, offering personalized recommendations for optimal hair care.
Stay up to date of the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to provide innovative and modern services.
Maintaining a clean and inviting work environment, ensuring that our salon reflects the professionalism of the MAC.
Cultivating strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other spa and wellness team members to provide a seamless and integrated experience for club members.
Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.
Stay updated on retail products and promote them to clients for at-home hair care.
Essential Tools, Equipment, Vehicles, and/or Machinery:
To excel in this role, you'll need access to:
Hair cutting and styling tools (scissors, clippers, combs, etc.).
Hair coloring products and equipment.
Styling products and accessories.
Salon chair and station.
Salon computer software for appointment scheduling and client records.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
You should be prepared for:
Extended periods of standing and/or being on your feet.
Manual dexterity and precision for using hair styling tools.
Good vision and attention to detail for precise hair cutting and styling.
