Full Stack Specialist (Only W2)

Key Requirements:

• Must Have Experience:
• 13 years in IT
• 7 years in Appian (design, development, configuration, infrastructure)
• 3 years leading development teams
• 5 years of Java plugin development for Appian
• 5 years working with databases and APIs
• 3 years of experience in architecting application design, network, and security
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and AWS/Appian Cloud
• Technical Skills:
• Appian, Java, Angular, JavaScript, Ansible
• Integration experience with Active Directory, Ping, Snowflake, Dremio
• Familiarity with automated pipelines and Atlassian tools
• Nice to Have:
• 6 years in modern deployment methodologies
• 4 years in Angular, JavaScript, and Ansible

Responsibilities:

• Lead Appian BPM setup, configuration, and enterprise development
• Provide technical leadership in multi-tenant environments and cloud integrations
• Analyze system requirements and make design decisions
• Deliver BPM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and standards
• Build reference implementations and integrations with internal systems
• Develop Java-based plugins and conduct design reviews
• Promote BPM best practices and enablement across teams
• Conduct demos and socialize BPM concepts with business stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 10 years in IT
• 5 years in Appian BPM
• 5 years in Java/J2EE
• 3 years in Angular, JavaScript, and Ansible
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud environments
• Experience in infrastructure and enterprise-scale systems
• Proven architectural and design expertise
