ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Customers to identify commonly used items and work with HQ to ensure they are available locally for future purchases
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize their own work and schedule the local technician
- Work with local Sales Representative to ensure goods and services are available locally
- Support Service Technicians with ordering & tracking of supplies/materials from vendors and corporate headquarter
- Pick, pack and ship orders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Quote local customers and follow-up to open quotes as necessary to identify high volume items and provide greater support to local customers.
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Distribution Management or a relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Great Plains and Syspro knowledge a plus
Experience
- 3 years relevant to the Tablet Compression and Encapsulation Industry: (Required)
physical requirements
· Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for 8 or more hours per day; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the work day to accomplish various tasks
· Be able to lift, pull, push or carry various types of light weight files (approximately 1-10 pounds) and process accordingly.
