Job Description
Job DescriptionNatsu Behavioral Health is in need of Full-time Support Staff for our men's and women's program. This position would include medication distribution, following the facilities schedule, and enforcing boundaries with compassion and understanding.Responsibilities
- Become familiar with Wellbriety curriculum.
- Offer Peer Support services for individuals and groups.
- Maintain medication count and proper documentation.
- Assist clients with a routine.
- Provide over site and mentor ship to current behavioral health clients
Required Qualifications and Preferences
- Previous work in Substance Abuse preferred
- Maintain professional boundaries.
- At least one year of experience.
- Strong relationship building skills and a dedicated team orientation to health and wellbeing.
- Experience with Wellbriety preferred
- Native American preference.
Physical Requirements
To comply with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 the essential physical, mental, and environmental requirements. Candidate must be able to successfully perform all functions of their job with minimal supervision.
Rate: $18.00 per hour
