Core member of the Channel Management Department specializing in inventory management, data governance, auditing OTA reservation information and booking financials, including processing payments and
refunds, communicating with guests through OTA platforms, and managing incoming Salesforce cases
Essential responsibilities:
•Communicating with guests, OTAs and team members regarding reservations including financial information, stay questions and concerns.
•Auditing OTA reservations for completion, consistency, and accuracy of information.
•Managing salesforce cases to ensure timely responses to all guest requests.
•Review and pull daily and weekend reports to ensure new bookings and cancellations are properly accounted for.
•Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations.
•Provide exceptional customer service in processing reservations, including resolving escalations.
•Assisting guests with reservation modifications and cancellation requests.
•Collaborating with internal teams to resolve guest issues and assist with escalations.
Requirements and Skills:
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Should be self-driven, responsible, and accountable, with a positive outlook and a team-player
•Must have excellent organizational and people skills, be detail-oriented and proficient in both written and oral communication
•Must be proficient in Property Management Systems, MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Strong systems and hospitality knowledge
• Individual is high energy with a positive attitude. Must be guest service and team-oriented.
• Proficient in property management and revenue management systems use and development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate with partners, team members, and senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Independent hotel background is preferred
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, analytics, or hospitality
