Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment.
- Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client's unique needs.
- Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to support stable functioning and empowerment.
- Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
- Engage in collaborative care with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic approach to mental health care.
Qualifications
- Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- If required, provisional license per state regulation.
- Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
