Our team serves communities across multiple states through a network of integrated outpatient clinics, providing holistic, integrated care to individuals and families in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct culturally responsive, strengths-based assessments that foster trust and understanding from the start.
- Create and maintain treatment plans, crisis/safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and other documentation in a timely, organized manner.
- Participate actively in clinical case consultations, treatment planning, and care coordination across disciplines.
- Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania (required).
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with experience across diverse populations and presenting issues.
- Deep commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and inclusive, trauma-informed care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
