• Tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on unique needs and circumstances.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Conduct culturally sensitive assessments.
2. Provide tailored outpatient therapy.
3. Develop comprehensive crisis plans.
4. Ensure timely completion of documentation and insurance authorization forms.

**Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) per state regulation.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health.
