Journeyman | St. George, UT
Nexeo HR is hiring experienced Journeyman-level HVAC Installers to support commercial HVAC installation projects in St. George, UT.
This role is ideal for skilled installers with strong commercial experience who take pride in high-quality workmanship, understand ductwork and layouts, and work efficiently as part of a team. Installers will work primarily on commercial job sites, with occasional shop support as needed. If you enjoy leading by example and supporting less experienced team members, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
• Perform commercial HVAC installations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
• Install ductwork according to layouts, measurements, and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job layouts
• Operate job site equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts
• Work collaboratively with installation teams and set a positive example on job sites
• Assist in mentoring and working alongside apprentices
• Follow all job site safety procedures, company standards, and installation protocols
• Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
• 3–4 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Journeyman-level skill set strongly preferred
• Strong duct installation and layout experience
• Solid understanding of measurements, layout planning, and job site workflow
• Certified and experienced operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts
• Comfortable supporting and mentoring apprentices as needed
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
Pay
$27 – $35 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
