RMA Lead | Sparks, NV

In this role, you will oversee daily Return Material Authorization (RMA) operations, ensure accurate processing of returned parts, manage workflow, and support cross-functional logistics activities. Responsibilities
• Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes including receiving, inspecting, documenting, and tracking returned parts
• Pick up and transport items from drop zones (team lift required for items up to 50 lbs)
• Review incoming materials, identify items using barcode labels and small-print identifiers, and separate accurately for processing
• Order packaging materials and maintain supply inventory
• Monitor and resolve customer tickets involving international shipments, returns, special requests, and material movements
• Prioritize, assign, and oversee daily tasks for RMA associates
• Ensure accurate completion of Bills of Lading (BOLs) and compliance with documentation requirements
• Support spares inventory accuracy, audits, and reconciliation efforts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, shipping, and inventory teams
• Train, mentor, and guide RMA associates on procedures and quality standards
• Support continuous-improvement initiatives
• Perform other warehouse, logistics, and RMA-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• 1 year of leadership or team lead experience
• 2 years of RMA, returns, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience (data center or warehouse preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets
• Must pass national background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Reliable transportation to USA Parkway required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail; ability to identify and track materials accurately
• Ability to lift, push, and pull throughout the workday (up to 50 lbs with team lift)
• Knowledge of safe work practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines effectively
Pay
$28.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-Time | Day Shift
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday – Friday
Overtime may be required on weekdays and Saturdays
