Therapeutic Case Manager – DBT House
The NFI DBT House is seeking a full-time Therapeutic Case Manager to join our amazing team of mental health professionals. The DBT House is a group home that has been recognized for positive outcomes in the lives of adolescents over the last 15 years. Located in Vernon, VT, the DBT House serves 4 youth and their families by providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn, develop, heal and practice personal and life skills.
Responsibilities include working with adolescents and their families struggling with mental health challenges, connecting them with resources, working collaboratively with community partners and the residential staff and leading treatment teams. Ideal candidates will take initiative, work well both independently and with others, and help contribute to a positive culture in the program. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or a related field and experience working with youth with emotional/behavioral challenges. Additionally, candidates must be able to communicate effectively and motivate others. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and background check required.
