Job Description: Ninyo & Moore has an immediate career opportunity for an ICC Certified Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector in San Jose, California. The successful candidate should be thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the standards related to the construction and inspection of reinforced concrete. The candidate must be able to read and understand structural plans and current code requirements. Duties include daily completion of field reports, as well as clear communications with the client's representatives, general and subcontractors, and Ninyo & Moore's Project Manager are required.
Certifications: ICC-certified Special Inspector for Reinforced Concrete
Required Skills: The successful candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Candidate may be subject to a background check and drug screening test. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. A command of Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Word is needed.
