Occupational Summary:
- The billing of retail, wholesale, and fleet vehicle sales. Processing all vehicle sales in NYS DMV Systems
Essential Job Functions:
- Bill all retail, wholesale, dealer trade & fleet vehicle deals
- Process all DMV paperwork through Tri-Vin in accordance with DMV regulations
- Process and organize all paperwork for funding vehicle transactions
- Process all required paperwork for accepting trade-in vehicle
- Complete and submit the required paperwork to the central accounting office
- Maintain an adequate supply of all paperwork forms for Financial Institutions, DMV, and third-party vendors
- Continuous communication with Sales Management on the paperwork that needs to be obtained by Sales Associate

Monday - Friday: 3:30pm - 7:00pm (with one weekday off of your choosing)
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
