NCSS is seeking full-time Residential Support Staff to join our dedicated and supportive teams within our 24/7 Residential Programs. These programs serve adults with severe and persistent mental illness, offering person-centered care in stable, therapeutic living environments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment
- Assisting residents with daily living skills, including hygiene, meal preparation, and household routines
- Implementing individualized, strength-based interventions and support plans
- Supporting residents in community activities and social engagement
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation
- Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clinical staff
- Driving clients to appointments or community outings using personal vehicle
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working in residential settings or with individuals with mental health needs
- Is calm under pressure, organized, and a clear communicator
- Brings empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting others in their recovery journey
- Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation
- Is open to a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights

Hiring rate is based on experience, education, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree; or equivalent combination of related education, training and experience such as relevant certificate from college or technical school.
Salary : $16 - $19
