We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee structural steel fabrication projects from start to finish. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing teams, budgets, and schedules, this is your chance to make an impact.
Your Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll coordinate clients, engineers, and shop teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Project Oversight – Manage planning, scheduling & execution of fabrication projects
✅ Team & Client Coordination – Work closely with engineers, drafters & shop teams
✅ Scheduling & Resource Allocation – Ensure efficient use of labor & materials
✅ Safety & Compliance – Maintain OSHA & industry regulations within the shop
✅ Project Documentation – Prepare reports, budgets & material orders
What You Need
✔ Experience in structural steel fabrication project management
✔ Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
✔ Knowledge of steel fabrication processes, materials & quality control
✔ Ability to manage budgets, schedules & shop operations effectively
