NOW CFO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Estimator to join our client who focuses on restoration projects. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the flooring industry. The successful candidate will work primarily out of our shop and will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by providing accurate and timely estimates for flooring projects.
General Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of flooring materials and installation processes is advantageous.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Utilize Measure Square software to create precise and comprehensive flooring estimates.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure estimates align with project specifications and client expectations.
- Assist in preparing bid proposals and submitting them in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates and related documentation.
- Conduct site visits as needed to gather necessary information for accurate estimating.
- Provide support in the shop, including inventory management and order preparation.
- Forklift experience is a plus, though not required; training will be provided if necessary.
Job Flexibility:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and industry practices.
- Open to taking on additional responsibilities as the company grows and evolves.
Schedule:

Education:
