Terms of Employment
W2 Contract, 3 Months (Potential extension for exceptional candidates)
Location
Hybrid at Owings Mills, MD
o (Training on-site, at least first 3 weeks on site all days), then will be 3 days a week onsite -(Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Local Candidates only
Full Time Opportunity- 40hrs / week
Work Schedule : 8am – 5pm EST
Overview
The candidate will support the client's Corporate Security background screening Department. The team size is around 5-10 members. The contractor will be responsible to perform the security background checks.
Experience in Customer Service (Strong customer service skills, resolution customer service background)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
College degree preferred and 5 yrs experience.
1 to 2 years experience in security / HR ordering background checks.
Beeline and SailPoint experience (Handling beeline tickets / ticketing systems)
