The role:
We are looking for a highly organized and passionate Email Marketing Associate to join the marketing team at Nuts.com. This role reports to the Senior Director of Retention and will play an integral role in the transformation of how we engage with our growing customer base & wider CRM ecosystem.
This individual should have a good understanding of email & lifecycle marketing best practices, preferably within a growth-phase ecommerce company. They will build on their existing email expertise to help craft both a compelling campaign calendar and cohesive triggered ecosystem to nurture our growing customer base.
What you’ll do:
- The optimal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customer lifecycle, email marketing operations and analytics, and has a proven track record working with CRM platforms
- Work cross-functionally with team members across the marketing, creative, data and product teams to develop a compelling and cohesive customer engagement program
- Strategically plan a full CRM campaign calendar and plan, execute, and analyze results
- Use your expertise using our email service provider and customer data platform to create email automations and journeys, set up A/B tests, and build customer segments
- Manage the end-to-end email production process from ideation to briefing in requests through approval and deployment of campaigns
What you’ll bring:
- 1-3 years campaign management experience working within a modern CRM platform, bonus points for Iterable experience
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience
- Strong attention to detail with data, copy, design, offer terms, etc.
- Self-starter with a result-driven attitude and strong attention to detail
- Experience with email KPI reporting and using analytics data measure and optimize program performance
- Passion for digital marketing and understanding of best email practices related to segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability, and sender reputation
