- Organizing and filing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Payroll processing on bi-weekly schedule.
- Managing electronic filing systems for financial documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Processing of cancellation refunds
- Backup support for AP/AR
- Providing administrative support to the finance department and other team members as needed.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to financial matters.
- Assisting with month end reporting needs as assigned
- Other Duties as assigned
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
