Now Hiring: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton - Springfield, MO
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting department with Accounts Payable and other duties while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of all team member, vendor, and guest information.
- Compile and reconcile daily reports and petty cash balances.
- Support the preparation of statistical reports, such as cash receipts, accounts payable/receivable, and profit/loss.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager with recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and other HR duties.
- Maintain confidential team member files in compliance with federal, company, and brand standards.
- Support team member recognition and engagement programs.
- Comply with company policies and embrace OHM’s O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/Accounting software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now preferred).
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience building strong relationships with leadership and teams.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma and 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, or an equivalent level of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources and Accounting experience preferred.
Hours & Physical Requirements:
- Hours: Scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work, involving sitting most of the time.
- Occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Inside work environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
