We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic candidate to join our growing team by offering support to our Sales and Marketing department for our beautiful Wauwatosa and Oak Creek facilities.

What you will be doing as the Sales Assistant:

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Great organization skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience utilizing social media for marketing purposes
- High school degree required, associate’s degree preferred
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
What you will be doing as the Sales Assistant:
- Resident transfer coordination
- New Resident admission paperwork
- Assisting on Prospect and Professional tours
- Help execute marketing campaigns
- Assisting with marketing events including: promoting, set up, take down and execution
- Tracking marketing supplies and collateral
- Updating the organization's website
- Adding content and analysis of social media including Facebook and Google
- Providing assistance to sales and marketing teams with special projects
- Generating reports from CRM
- Other duties as assigned
