Position Description
We are looking for an Entry Level Client Service Associate to represent client brands during marketing campaigns. We create customized marketing campaigns for some of the country's largest nonprofit organizations. We urgently require a professional with exceptional customer service skills to maintain customer and client relationships and promote their clients' products.
As an Entry Level Client Service Associate, you will generate enthusiasm for your clients' brands and products, cultivate a loyal client base, and drive future business. The right candidate will be able to help with field marketing campaigns and expanding new projects for clients.
Entry-Level Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent in-person customer service and educate customers on the advantages of client products.
- Create a one-of-a-kind customer service experience during in-person marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Coordination and execution of regionally relevant in-field marketing campaigns to increase client revenue.
- Create, develop, and maintain relationships with customers and the sales team to help the brand grow.
- Assist management in ensuring that campaigns adhere to marketing plans in terms of time, budget, and scope.

Entry-Level Client Service Associate Requirements:
- Experience providing customer service and promotional support in retail, restaurant/food service, hospitality, sales, field sales, field marketing, product demonstrations, and related fields is an asset.
- Marketing and sales fundamentals such as product positioning, pricing, market research, and distribution are preferred.
