Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Expected Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay Range: $55,000 – $60,000 (Exempt)

A reputable law firm in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their legal team. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of New Jersey Family Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Prepare and review case files ahead of court appearances, hearings, trials, and mediations
• Draft pleadings, motions, interrogatories, subpoenas, affidavits, and client correspondence
• Support attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, coordinating witnesses, and client meetings
• Interview clients and witnesses to collect relevant case information
• Monitor court deadlines, ensure timely filings, and track case progress
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling and maintaining attorney calendars
• Perform additional related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certification, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Family Law as a Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal
• In-depth knowledge of New Jersey Family Law
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania Family Law is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and client-service skills
• High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Lexis Research, and Adobe
• Experience with NetDocs is a plus
