Compensation: $80-100K
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for trading, quant, and engineering roles (e.g., algorithmic trading, quant devs, core systems engineers)
- Build strong pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, events, and advanced search techniques
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and quantitative acumen
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and improve processes
- Utilize data-driven insights to track hiring metrics and improve funnel efficiency
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on quant finance, HFT, trading, or tech
- Proven success hiring for quant researchers, developers, or trading roles at hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or banks
- Deep understanding of technical recruiting and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, or equivalent ATS platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Exposure to quantitative disciplines (e.g., CS, physics, math, statistics) is preferred
