Opportunity:
As a Construction Project Manager you will be overseeing construction projects, taking charge of daily operations, safety, completion, and financial performance. You will address challenges promptly, control costs, and analyze risks throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, oversee and manage the daily operations and award worthy construction components to all projects.
- Take ownership of project safety, direction, completion and financial performance, from initial budgeting to project closure
- Address and resolve challenges promptly to ensure the timely, safe, and profitable execution of the project.
- Control project expenditures by continuously evaluating labor, materials and equipment cost.
- Forecast and analyze construction expenses, risks, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend weekly safety meetings to reinforce safety protocols and engage in open communication with crews for a deeper understanding of safety concerns and best practices.
- Commit to ongoing professional development to stay alongside industry advancements and enhance individual growth.
- Attend and invest yourself in all essential Project Manager meetings to stay informed, contribute insights, and align team efforts with organizational goals.
