Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller at Outdoor Environments Group in Indianapolis, IN. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the Controller will collaborate with different departments to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification a plus
- Minimun of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3-5 years in a controller or similar leadership role
- Experience in the service, construction, or landscaping industries is highly desirable
- Strong Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, busgeting and forecasting
- Proficient in Quickbooks accounting software and advanced Excell skills
- Excellent analitycal, proven-solving, and communicating skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
