Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent CSI scores.
- Serve as communicator between customer and technician. Ensure complete understanding regarding the services rendered.
- Continue to keep customer informed with necessary information based on service.
- Accurately verify warranty and service contracts.
- Prepare and process Repair Orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles, and descriptions of symptoms, etc.
- Advise customers on additional needed services, explain all benefits.
- Effectively work with technicians who perform all automotive mechanical services.
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
- Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System. Attention to detail is critical.
Requirements for eligibility:

- BMW or Luxury Import experience
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, 2 years minimum
- Clean driving record, must have been licensed for at least three years
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
- 19 years of age or older.
- Must have had a valid license for three years or more
