Analytical Chemist
Responsibilities:
- Provides analytical support to developing therapeutic biologics
- Analytical research and development activities will include:
- Literature searches
- Analytical method development
- Test procedure writing
- Analytical method qualification
- Method transfer
- supportive testing for cross departmental activities
- Analyze in-process samples from NextGen process development, cross-site samples and tech transfer samples
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5 years' hands-on analytical research experience required.
- Possesses extensive knowledge for analyzing Protein/mAB quality attribute, i.e. peptide mapping, glycan analysis, capillary electrophoresis, SEC, etc.
- Experience with techniques UPLC, CE and LC-MS, preferability with Waters BioAccord LC-MS system is a plus
Rate/Location:
- $40 - $42 per hour
- This is a fully onsite position in Andover, MA
