$500 Hiring Bonus *for eligible employees after 90 days of employment

Training will take place at: 2600 Dodge Street, Omaha
Work location(s) will be at: 2600 Dodge Street - Omaha, 601 Galvin Road - Bellevue or 6464 Center Street - Omaha
Physicians Mutual is hiring for a full time Bilingual Teleservice Representative who will receive and place calls from Spanish or English speaking Policyowners regarding health/life insurance product coverage and benefits. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills, who will strengthen relationships by identifying needs, offer additional products/services, conserve policies, and accurately record changes.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to understand and communicate with Spanish and English speaking customers verbally and in writing by using well developed speaking, grammar, listening, and questioning skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to learn, understand, and relate detailed procedures, terminology and products.
- Strong computer aptitude are required to navigate multiple systems.
- Basic math and reading aptitude.
