What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Minister (Madison Campus) position at Pinelake Church?
Our house is passionate about partnering with parents to raise a young generation of believers who know and love Jesus! That’s why we have designed Pinelake Little Lakers to be an engaging environment with large group and classroom activities where children are taught a Bible story in a creative way, participate in worship through song, and are led in prayer!
We’re looking for a passionate leader to lead our preschool ministry (birth through kindergarten) at our Madison Campus with excitement, a shepherd’s heart, and a mindset of servant leader multiplication.
We'll connect quickly if you are:
- Leading in a preschool ministry of 100 or more;
- Driven and detail-orientated with a heart for relationships;
- Passionate about helping others learn how to use their gifts to see the lives of children transformed;
- Engaging parents with the tools discipleship of their children; and,
- A natural networker who has a heart for raising up new leaders.

Educational requirements:
Bachelor’s degree minimum, higher education is even better.
OUR STORY:
The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God's grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, and Starkville. Weekly, we serve over 11,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.
MADISON CAMPUS:
We planted our Madison campus in 2006, and God has done some fantastic things in our midst! Currently, we welcome 1700 children, students, and adults each weekend from across Madison County to our worship experiences, bless the community through our Care Center and other ministries, and are a vibrant expression of Christ to all those in Madison County! What's more, Madison is one of the fastest growing counties in the state, with an 8.1% population growth over the past five years and over 100,000 current residents!
