Banquet Staff

Event Setup and Breakdown:

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other furniture according to event specifications.
• Set up audio-visual equipment, if required.
• Decorate banquet spaces with attention to detail, ensuring they meet the event's theme and standards.
• Clean and organize the room after events, resetting it for the next use.
• Other duties as assigned

Food and Beverage Service:

• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously during events.
• Replenish buffet lines, beverage stations, or table settings as needed.
• Monitor and respond to guest requests throughout the event.
• Other duties as assigned

Guest Interaction:

• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, approachable, and responsive to guest needs.
• Answer questions about the menu, event schedule, or hotel services.

Compliance and Safety:

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and event policies, including proper handling of equipment and alcohol service.
• Assist in monitoring the safety of guests and coworkers during events.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other banquet team members, kitchen staff, and the event planner to ensure seamless execution of events.
