Physician Liaison– LA Metro & Orange County

We are a growing national behavioral healthcare organization seeking a relationship‑driven Physician Liaison to support multiple clinics across the Los Angeles Metro and Orange County markets. This role is critical in expanding referral partnerships, elevating community presence, and ensuring patients gain access to innovative mental health treatment options.
As a Physician Liaison, you will:
- Develop new referral sources while maintaining and strengthening existing physician and provider relationships.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits, networking engagements, and community events to increase awareness of available mental health services.
- Serve as a trusted resource to physicians, office staff, and community partners seeking advanced behavioral health treatment options for their patients.
- Support operational goals by tracking referral trends, market feedback, and community insights.
- Maintain accurate daily documentation of visits, relationships, and activities in the CRM system.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical sales or healthcare outreach professional, ideally with experience working directly with physicians or clinical practices.
- Minimum of 3 years in healthcare marketing, business development, or provider relations.
- Strong working knowledge of the Southern California medical provider landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when engaging with medical staff.
- Ability to travel 60–75% within assigned LA & OC territories.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, PHI, and HIPAA requirements.
