Field Case Manager RN
We are looking for a Case Manager for a growing Case Management Company. This is a full-time opportunity which allows the nurse a lot more autonomy with their caseload with still the ability to bonus.
Type of Work:
• Evaluate injured workers
• Develop care plans
• Coordinate medical care between patients, providers, therapist
• Serve as a liaison between employer, insurance carriers, and injured workers
Requirements:
• RN
• CCM , CRRN , COHN , COHN-S , or CDMS preferred
• Prior Field experience is required
• Workers comp experience is a huge plus but willing to train
