Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed)
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 2:45 AM, Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed)
Location: Jackson, TN
Benefits: Full benefits package 7% quarterly bonus target overtime pay
About the Role:
This is a salaried, non-exempt position, which means overtime is paid. We’re hiring for both 1st and 2nd shift Production Supervisors to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to safety, and the ability to drive performance through KPIs and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets
- Enforce and promote plant safety standards
- Track and manage KPIs to meet production goals
- Foster a culture of accountability and engagement among team members
- Support staffing, training, and employee development efforts
Requirements:
- 2 years of Production Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in safety management, KPI tracking, and employee engagement
