Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (occasional Fridays)
3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday–Wednesday (occasional Thursdays)
Location: Waxahachie, TX
Benefits: Full benefits package 7% quarterly bonus target
About the Role:
This is a salaried, exempt Production Supervisor position with the flexibility to choose either 1st or 3rd shift. The role requires a strong, hands-on leader with experience driving safety, performance, and engagement on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Promote and enforce plant safety protocols and best practices
- Monitor and manage KPIs to drive operational performance
- Engage and motivate production team members for high performance
- Support staffing, training, and performance development efforts
Requirements:
- 2 years of Production Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in safety management, KPI tracking, and employee engagement
