What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEM Director position at PMG?

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategy of our clients’ SEM and Shopping activities across multiple engines/platforms
- Ensuring proper integration of SEM and Shopping within PMG’s wider services to maximize results and service experience for our clients
- Overseeing the performance, analyze trends to see threats and opportunities, and working with the team to optimize programs to improve results
- Identifying growth opportunities, presenting ideas to clients, and working with the team to implement
- Implementing initiatives to ensure client’s goals are met while overseeing execution of daily account management tactics
- Creating and fostering key partner relationships so PMG is always at the forefront of tools and opportunities
- Communicating strategy and campaign updates to clients via weekly calls, emails and in-person meetings, including to top client executives
- Supporting strategic relationships on the client-side; engaging in high level business and strategy conversations to ensure SEM and Shopping is helping to drive their business forward
- Developing overarching account strategy and ensuring day-to-day projects drive toward it
- Managing media mix and monitoring performance, ensuring client deliverables and goals are being met
Skills & Experience
- 10 years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
