What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEM Lead position at PMG?
We're seeking innovative problem solvers to join our growing Paid Search Marketing (SEM) team in which you can own the SEM strategy and/or implement the strategy for our clients while continuing to innovate and forge a path within the SEM channel. Responsibilities
- Exceed client goals and by leading paid search initiatives
- Serve as a primary contact for SEM client relationships
- Help execute search programs and participate in thought leadership
- Lead SEM strategies hand-in-hand with other PMG team members and the client
- Provide quality assurance, technical guidance, and tactical support
- Coach junior team members
Skills & Experience
- 4 years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal and training skills
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to provide thought leadership within the search landscape
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL
- Self-motivated and likes to learn new tools and technology
