Preble Street Anti-Trafficking Services (ATS) is currently seeking a Program Supervisor to provide leadership to the Anti-Trafficking Services team. This full-time Supervisor position is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and support to the ATS casework team, functional management of the program, provision of crisis intervention and direct services, supports victim/survivor initiatives and engagement, managing the safety of all program spaces, and leadership in and development of program activities including targeted outreach, Healing Center initiatives, resource development, training, groups facilitation, and multidisciplinary team (MDT) coordination. The Supervisor also participates in maintaining records related to service provision in line with funding requirements in support of the ATS Director. This position will be community-based throughout Maine, depending on scope of specific grants. The supervisor may also carry a caseload, as needed.

Qualifications
- Education or study in social work or related field, OR 1–3 years relevant experience and/or in supervising or mentoring OR comparable combination of education and lived experience
- Experience working with trafficking survivors, and/or similar populations;
- Knowledge of low-barrier service provision, housing-first, harm reduction, and empowerment approaches, and issues related to human trafficking survivors and other experiences of trauma;
- Understanding of systemic racism, oppression, social and economic justice, and issues related to historically excluded/marginalized groups and communities;
- Positive regard for individuals fleeing violence, experiencing homelessness, poverty, engaging in commercial sex, and other complex situations;
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work with cross-cultural stakeholders and develop effective partnerships;
- Demonstrated ability to connect and work with foreign nationals (asylees, asylum seekers, immigrants, resettled refugees, and individuals without status);
- Ability to establish boundaries and set limits with a diverse population;
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability;
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and experience promoting and building diverse and inclusive teams;
- Bi-cultural/multi-cultural candidates, and those with strong understanding of, or experience with systems involvement are strongly encouraged to apply
Compensation and Benefits
$25 per hour
160 hours vacation time • 96 hours sick time • 16 hours personal time • 12 Paid Holidays
