What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Administrator position at Preble Street?
Preble Street has a Program Administrator position available. This position will support Health Services (HS) and Anti-Trafficking Services (ATS). The Program Administrator will work closely with ATS/HS program directors and managers to provide administrative support through the development and facilitation of systems and processes related to the administrative functions of the programs, including data and compliance management, documentation, reporting, and client programming support.
Requirements
- Combination of education and experience likely to provide the knowledge, skills and abilities to be successful in the position
- Preferred qualifications for this position are a bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail oriented.
- Be flexible, highly organized, and have outstanding computer skills.
- Experience navigating and pulling reports from databases.
- Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be able to take initiative and work well independently or in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Analytical skills.
- Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritize tasks.
- The ability to problem-solve and prepare for possibilities.
- A positive regard for social work and experience in social service systems.
Job Type: Full-time
