Premier Business Support LLC an affiliate company of McCarthy Holthus, LLP, an AV rated law firm practicing Mortgage and Commercial Banking law as well as creditors' rights in Bankruptcy, Litigation, Receiverships and Evictions in multiple states, is seeking a Administrative Assistant.
Description of Duties Include:
- Respond to and/or initiate communications with clients
- Monitor and distribute incoming correspondence
- Updating client processing systems
- Document Recording
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer phone calls
- Office administration
- Imaging and distribution of documents
- Driving to the post office to make the daily mail run. (Must have reliable transportation)
Experience and Skills:
- 1 years experience in office administration and/or document recording
- Knowledge of various office equipment (i.e. fax machine, printer, PC, etc.)
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to rapidly adapt to change
- Extremely detail oriented
- Succeeds in working in a fast-paced, high volume, team environment
- Production oriented
- Self-starter
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
