Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment
  
  
  

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program.
• Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care/long-term care setting is desirable.
• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
